Canislab has selected the best herbs to support a dog’s digestion and mixed them in an ideal ratio into one mix. You will simply improve the dog’s food and support its digestion. The Herbix mixture contains prebiotics, which help the growth of natural intestinal microflora. With BARF, herbs should be part of every dog’s ration.

Mix of herbs:

  • Spinach contains a lot of fiber, minerals, vitamins and carotenoids. It supports digestion and serves as a prevention of cardiovascular disorders.
  • Nettle helps digestion and detoxification of the body. It is an excellent source of calcium and other minerals.
  • Basil tastes great and has antioxidant, antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects.
  • Parsley leaves soothe the stomach. It is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, lycopene and carotene. It also serves as a breath freshener.
  • Mint is used to soothe stomach pains, reduce gas and nausea. It has also proven itself as an aid for nausea during travel.
  • Fennel serves as a prevention against stomach torsion, which is a big risk for dogs. This is a stomach flip that is extremely painful and can kill a dog within hours.
  • Prebiotics are indigestible substances (e.g. lactulose or fructooligosaccharides). Their purpose is to ensure that the intestinal microflora has enough nutrients and works better. It strengthens the bacteria that support the large intestine in particular.
